Shane Gleaves, PA

Shane Gleaves, PA, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine. He completed his medical training at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.

Shane sees patients of all ages for a variety of injuries, illnesses, and conditions. He provides general adult and pediatric wellness exams, cold and flu treatment, weight management, vaccinations, skin biopsies, and shoulder and knee injections. He also helps manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, arthritis, and asthma.

Shane believes in partnering with patients to provide preventative advice and treatment, helping them avoid serious issues. He enjoys family medicine because of the variety of patients and ages he can treat, and the ability to care for entire families.

Shane grew up and spent most of his life in St. Charles and is happy to have the opportunity to continue living and working in the area. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, fishing, hunting, biking, and disc golfing.
